Three light and ultra-light models of our range are launched in the colours of this special event, customised with the Red Bull X-Alps logo and colours.
This wing was especially created a few months before the race, for the GIN Red Bull X-Alps pilots - Martin, Vincent and Ogi.
Based on Gin Seok Song’s last ultimate World Cup competition paraglider, the Boomerang 5 is a reconfigured ultra-light version (1.6 to 1.8 kilo less!). The leading edge has been redesigned to remove the Rigifoil Max, resulting in a significant weight saving.
Risers, lines, reinforcements, bands and diagonals… everything has been optimized to save weight and keep the best performance for the race.
The Boomerang 5 X-Alps utilises the lightest fabrics from Porcher Sport : the new Skytex 27 but also 9017 E68A, used exclusively by Gin Gliders.
The Boomerang 5 X-Alps glider, identical to the one that Ogi, Martin and Vincent are flying in the race, is available for you if you are competent enough to fly a competition glider. Realise your dreams!
Our successfull DHV1-2 light glider for trekking and travelling has been customised with the Red Bull X-Alps logo. All 5 sizes are available in the X-Alps colour scheme. An optimum mix of the latest materials were chosen with 4 objectives - easy to use, durable, compact and lightweight. Your glider is lighter and packs smaller, but has the performance to fly long distances easily.
The Zulu Explorer X-Alps is made of the Porcher 9017 E68A fabric only used by Gin Gliders (36 g/sqm)
